Mix 1 serving (50 g) in 200 ml water or milk. You can eat with a spoon, or drink it as a shake as well at any time of the day.
For best results, take three servings daily, preferably for/during breakfast or a break in between meals. Battery Breakfast can substitute for a real meal.
