Premium X-BCAA KFD Nutrition is a complex of branched chain amino acids (BCAA), glutamine and beta-alanine in a 5: 4: 1 ratio.
The product is installed to make its solubility perfect.
KFD X-BCAA consists mainly of exogenous amino acids, that is, those that the body is unable to synthesize – that obliges us to get them from food or food supplements.
Added glutamine and beta-alanine increase the effect of the product, contributing to better recovery after heavy workouts and muscle mass protection.
KFD X-BCAA is a product with perfect solubility and rapid absorption by the body – it is very appropriate to take it before or during exercise.
The amino acids contained in the product improve the tone and endurance during exercise.
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) are perhaps the most popular dietary supplement among athletes for the role of BCAA in the protein synthesis process.
In addition to the protein synthesis processes, BCAAs have many other key roles in the body, one of them being the synthesis of ATP, which is essential for the body’s energy levels.
KFD X-BCAA is suitable for both athletes practicing sports such as running, cycling, soccer, basketball and more.
The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are formed by 3 essential amino acids : leucine, valine and isoleucine.
They make up about 30-35% of the protein in muscle tissue, and as they are not synthesized by the body, they must be obtained from food or dietary supplements.
Amino acids play very important biological roles: the synthesis of proteins, enzymes, and hormones; in the transport of substances; synthesis of immunoglobulins and antibodies; in the regulation of acid-base balance in the body and may still be a source of energy, if a glycogen depletion occurs.
They are the basic units that make up the proteins necessary for the growth and maintenance of tissues, being fundamental to the development of muscles, for muscle recovery, and to strengthen the body’s immune system.
In order for the cells to produce the proteins required for their normal activity, there must be a constant intake of essential amino acids, either through food or dietary supplements.
The intake of BCAAs activates the mTOR signaling pathway (activates protein synthesis) and contributes to increased muscle mass.
Hypertrophy provides increased strength and endurance, improving athletic performance. Of all the amino acids that make up BCAAs, leucine is the main responsible for the activation of mTOR pathways.
Physical exercise activates the phosphorylation of BCKDH (branched chain alpha-keto dehydrogenase complex), an enzyme complex that is responsible for the use of BCAAs and promotes protein catabolism.
Therefore, if this amino acid is not quickly replenished, you experience a strong decrease in muscle proteins after the training.
Method of administration: Dissolve 1 dose – 10g (2 scoops) in 200-250ml of water. Take before, during or after a workout. On a non-training day you can take in the morning or between meals.
