BCAA KFD Nutrition
- Stimulates the growth of muscle mass
- Accelerates recovery
- Increases strength and energy
- Increases endurance
- Protects against loss of muscle mass
BCAA KFD Nutrition is a complex of branched-chain amino acids: leucine, valine and isoleucine.
They are essential amino acids, i. those that the body can not synthesize independently, so they must be delivered with food.
Branched amino acids are especially popular in athletes’ diet because they help protein synthesis.
They also have a significant impact on muscle recovery after physical exercise and thus also show anti-catabolic activity.
It is important that the metabolism of these amino acids occurs in the skeletal muscles and not in the liver, which plays a key role in the process of building muscle mass.
Using branched chain amino acids is, we think, a great solution for any athlete – both for fitness enthusiasts and for endurance sports such as running or cycling.
They make up about 30-35% of the protein in muscle tissue, and as they are not synthesized by the body, they must be obtained from food or dietary supplements.
Amino acids play very important biological roles: the synthesis of proteins, enzymes, and hormones; in the transport of substances; synthesis of immunoglobulins and antibodies; in the regulation of acid-base balance in the body and may still be a source of energy, if a glycogen depletion occurs.
They are the basic units that make up the proteins necessary for the growth and maintenance of tissues, being fundamental to the development of muscles, for muscle recovery, and to strengthen the body’s immune system.
In order for the cells to produce the proteins required for their normal activity, there must be a constant intake of essential amino acids, either through food or dietary supplements.
The intake of BCAAs activates the mTOR signaling pathway (activates protein synthesis) and contributes to increased muscle mass.
Hypertrophy provides increased strength and endurance, improving athletic performance.
Of all the amino acids that make up BCAAs, leucine is the main responsible for the activation of mTOR pathways.
Method of administration: dissolve one measuring spoon in 200-500ml of water.
Eat before, during, after a workout or at any time of the day.
